To ensure maximum printability, the minimum Line Weight (STROKE) MUST NOT be less than 1.5 points and the minimum Negative Space (OPENING BETWEEN THE 1.5 POINT LINES) NOT less than 2 points

To assure maximum printability the minimum Line Weight (STROKE) MUST NOT be less than 2 points and the minimum Negative Space (OPENING BETWEEN THE 2 POINT LINES) NOT less than 3 points
Using Halftones for Custom Heat Transfer Designs
Gradients and Fades WILL BE output and printed at 35 LPI (LINES PER INCH). In order to avoid Dot Gain or Dot Loss halftone percentages CANNOT exceed 45% or CANNOT be less than 10%. Halftones Above 45% and below 10% become problematic during the screen printing and application processes.

If your Customer Supplied ART WORK IS NOT PRINT READY, our art department will notify you (via email) within (1) working day of receipt. It is the Customer’s responsibility to supply PRINT READY HEAT TRANSFER ART WORK. Art work that IS NOT PRINT READY will not be scheduled for printing. *CUSTOM HEAT TRANSFER ORDERS are taken on a first come first serve basis.
